We understand that choosing a wig is personal, and we want you to feel comfortable shopping with us.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The wig has not been worn, washed, or styled

  • Lace has not been cut or altered

  • The item remains in original condition and packaging

For hygiene and quality reasons, wigs that show signs of use cannot be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Customized or altered wigs

  • Items damaged due to improper handling or wear

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective item.
